Client agrees that all pets are to have current vaccinations and licenses. Client expressly agrees and acknowledges that he/she shall be solely liable for, and shall pay, all costs and expenses incurred by any pet sitter and/or a Noah’s Arc Pet Care employee performing services, including emergency care as well as overnight care, called for under this agreement, if same is bitten or otherwise exposed to any disease or ailment from Client’s pet(s). If a dog has ever bitten or attacked a human or other animal, Noah’s Arc Pet Care reserves the right to refuse services.
